Ignore all the Cicero "garbage"...interesting piece to know about Orders of Protection. Ostensibly the Order was entered based only on threatening voice-mails. It's likely "harassment" under the Domestic Violence Act.

An interesting service I've come across:

This company provides this information on many "facilities" and more. You can check out the website for more information.

I have interviewed Ms. Donovan and I am aware of her background. She is eminently qualifiedfor this service. I would suggest anyone doing elder care check out this service.

Informative piece about a caretaker bilking an older man of more than $1 million dollars.

Here's an interesting piece about a high-income Chicago couple and the division of marital property in their dissolution of marriage case. Essentially one of the spouses started a business that became quite successful. The article talks like it's a "suprise" that the wife was awared 50% of the marital assets...from my perspective the bigger suprise is that she wasn't awarded more. It seems like a classic one-breadwinner and one homemaker marriage...typically the homemaker with less ability to earn future income gets the imbalanced verdict in her or his favor.
