Nothing like a good old visitation fight to make headlines for Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher. Seems that the mother of Brian's child has been denying him visitation so he filed a Rule to Show Cause to find her in contempt. Judge ordered parenting class for both of them.

Nothing out-of-the-ordinary legally just amusing to see what I do daily in the headlines. Classy guy that Brian.

A rare victory described by a Plaintiff in an Alienation of Affections law suit.

A Cook County jury ordered Blinov to shell out $4,802 last week after he was sued by a suburban Chicago husband for stealing the affections of the man’s wife.

That law is still on the books...rarely used.
